My research explores how organizations and decision-makers manage complexity and respond to institutional, environmental, and social pressures. These pressures include navigating ethical dilemmas, addressing stakeholder demands, and reacting to significant societal challenges such as climate change and forced migration.
My work focuses on two main domains:
I. Behavioral Strategy
How power, learning, and attention shape strategic decision-making, especially under uncertainty and performance pressures.

II. Sustainability, CSR, and Ethics
This stream examines how firms engage with sustainability challenges, pressures from local communities, and broader institutional demands. It includes implementing SDGs, the role of green innovation, governance mechanisms, and community-nonprofit collaboration.
